warranty information

Sherwood Housewares warrants this product free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from provable date of purchase in the United States and Canada. Within this warranty period, Sherwood Housewares will repair or replace, at its option, defective parts at no charge.

Before returning an item to a retailer, contact Sherwood Housewares customer service. This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, abuse or neglect on the part of the owner. Warranty is also invalid in any case that the product is taken apart or serviced by an unauthorized service station.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state, and does not cover areas outside the United States and Canada.

This warranty is available to consumers only. A consumer owns a Sherwood Housewares product that was purchased at retail for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required under applicable state law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. If the appliance should become defective within the warranty period, do not return the appliance to the store.
