iced mocha latte
A hot day calls for a refreshing pick-me-up... and this cool treat is just the type. Whether as a summer after-dinner treat, a mid-day snack or a sweet way to start the day, this iced mocha latte is always a good call.
- 2 shots espresso
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- ice, as needed
Pour espresso shots in to a heat-safe mug. Froth milk with the "cold froth" function. Add ice to a tall glass. Pour finished cold milk into the glass, taking care to keep the milk foam behind. Add espresso. Add chocolate syrup and stir. Using a spoon, top with milk froth. Drizzle additional chocolate syrup on top of froth for added affect.
